| How to raise your rank? A simple question with a simple answer. The more active you are within the guild, the higher rank you will obtain.
Examples of being active: Guild Ranking Battle (GRB): Show up for GRB, follow the section leader for your level (LV), and be in GRB as often as you can. If your on-line during GRB and NOT in GRB it will be looked upon poorly. Even the lowest toon can help some how in GRB. Do the repeatable eitn quests (Found Here) and donate those etins to any officer (Rank 3 or higher) or place in Guild Warehouse (GWH). Answer questions asked within Guild Chat (GC). Take place in Guild Events when they happen and your online (Watch GC for those). Partying with other Guild Members (Does not have to be Power Leveling) but helps the guilds reputation to see guild parties running around. More to come...
Rank 1. Guild leader (GL). Quite obviously: Leader of the guild Besides the normal responsibilities as put by Shaiya, the GL has the final responsibility of keeping the guild going properly. The GL is also responsible for the behavior and performance of the rank 2 to 4 players
Rank 2. Guild Officer Guild officers have the same rights and responsibilities as the GL, but with the exception that officers can only promote players up to lvl 3. The Officer is also responsible for the behavior and performance of the rank 3 and 4 players
Rank 3. Adviser. An adviser has the same role as officer, but without the burden of accepting people and or guild battles. This rank is for people who want to help everyone within the guild and share their knowledge of the game by answering questions and helping out in the game. The Adviser is also responsible for the behavior and performance of the rank 4 players
Rank 4. Guild Assistant The Assistant has be the same as role as an Adviser, but is more a player who help directly in game to help solve quest and to teach the new players how to play, show the difference in spell orders etc.., a more of practical assistant, rather than a "pure knowledge" assistant so to speak.
For all above level, it is expected from those ranked players to keep an eye on what is going on in the guild. This means listening to people who have problems, but also keep a careful eye on what is happening on the guild chat.
The following 2 levels are only honorary levels but show how much they are appreciated within the guild for who they are and what they do to help people within our outside the guild and who give HK a good name.
Rank 5: Knight of Honor These players who have proven themselves in the game and very often help out guild members and the guild (eg participating in GRB, collecting eap or etins via repeatable quests etc), but who don’t want to be part of ranks 2-4. This level will show how much they are appreciated in the guild. Also they make sure that HK have a good name within the game.
Rank 6: Honorable Knight These are players who have proven themselves in the game and occasionally help out guild members and the guild. Also they make sure that HK have a good name within the game.
Rank 7: Knight This is the default rank for new players/toons into the guild.
Rank 8: Retired Knight This rank will be given to players when they are not able to play that much anymore or have not logged in for a long time.
Rank 9: Disgraced Knight Rank where players have received their official warning from GL or officers after complaints about the player/toon from fellow guild members or other external players. The probation period will be 1 month in which he/she has to improve himself/herself. If this period is over, the rank of the player will be restored to his/her original rank. Also this rank will be used to indicate that the player is under discussion by the GL and officers regarding removal from the guild. This rank is your final warning, keep that in mind.
