I've made some research (having a boring evening?) and now I strongly believe it's a Fang Paiune (Shaiya Wiki says 'Palune', which is probably a typo), a level 59 two-handed sword with 5 slots, which drops from CT boss. An expensive toy.

yes it is a weapon from CT but its the lvl 59 weapon from CTI which minds you only drops one weapon very very rare toy kinda like my graven guard not to many have them and are stupid expensive and the best u get until the new ep is out
